This is the class that started it all. Created by our founder and O.G., The Teddi B Workout is a full body workout that will help you get in the best shape possible. A combination of cardiovascular moves, Pilates, strength, barre, martial arts, dance and more. All designed to safely give you that lean feminine physique.
No class is ever the same. So your body is constantly challenged and you will see visible results within a month.
This class is for all fitness levels and you will need a variety of hand weights from 1-5 lbs and ankle weights and a long medium strength resistance band.
