If there were a workout we could say was for middle aged adults, this would be it. But it’s really for anyone who wants an incredible workout without the impact. Designed to work your body from head to toe using elements of dance, martial arts, Pilates, strength training and flexibility. The class is designed to be challenging and sweat-inducing, yet still kind to the joints. Because you don’t have to jump and use crazy heavy weights to get results. Just like all of our classes, count on an intense focused workout that will work you from head to toe and leave you feeling strong and sexy.
This class is for all fitness levels and you’ll need a variety of weights from 1-8ls, ankle weights, a long medium resistance band, possibly a ball or small animal and a mat.
