This is the class that started it all. Created by our founder and O.G. Teddi B, Fusion has a little bit of everything Hot Mamas has to offer, to help you get in the best shape possible. A combination of cardiovascular moves, Pilates, strength, barre, martial arts, dance and more. All designed to give you that lean feminine physique, no heavy lifting required!
No class is ever the same. So your body is constantly challenged and you will see visible results within a month.
This class is for all fitness levels and you will need a variety of hand weights from 1-5 lbs and ankle weights and a long medium strength resistance band.
